I. Guarantee Nullification for Insufficient Funds

This Satisfaction Guarantee is expressly contingent upon the timely and full funding of all payrolls and tax liabilities during the introductory 90-day period. In the event that a client's bank account incurs a Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF) notification, return, or failure for any payroll transaction processed by Pink Payroll, this guarantee shall be deemed null, void, and unenforceable by the client. The occurrence of a single NSF event, regardless of cure, forfeits all rights to a refund under this offer.

II. Limit of Refundable Fees

Only the specifically enumerated Base Fees and Per Check Fees directly associated with processing are subject to a refund under this guarantee. All other service and ancillary fees are explicitly excluded from this offer.

Non-Refundable Costs include, but are not limited to:

  • Timekeeping and attendance software or service fees.
  • Shipping and delivery charges (e.g., expedited check delivery).
  • New employee charges or onboarding fees.
  • Account setup and implementation fees.
  • Hardware purchase or rental charges.
  • Government-imposed penalties, interest, or fines.
