One BIN # is used in Oregon to pay State Withholding, Unemployment and the Transit Taxes.  Employers can obtain a BIN# online or in person in the Salem office.   Worker’s Compensation can be obtained from a standard carrier, or the state fund if necessary.  Your payroll company should obtain an “ACH Credit Agreement…” (Form 150-206-030) and a Power of Attorney (Form 150-800-005).
